A recent episode of NBC’s ‘TODAY All Day’ spotlighted Maryland crab cuisine, including some Baltimore dining options. During the episode, host Al Roker covered Faidley’s of Lexington Market, the Black Jacks watermen, and South Baltimore’s Papi Cuisine.
Roker toured Papi Cuisine and met owner Alex Perez. Roker then want back to Perez’s house to make crab cake egg rolls with Perez and his grandmother Gloria.
